Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive issue resolution and timely communication.
  • Oversee the handling of complex issues, manage performance metrics, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Administer Salesforce to ensure seamless ticket management and automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical challenges and drive process improvements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in production environments.
  • At least 5 years of SQL and team leadership experience.
  • Strong technical skills in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with cloud systems, including networking and storage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Salesforce administration expertise.
  • Familiarity with Java, JSP, or jQuery programming languages.
  • Background in the utility industry or Smart Grid technology.
  • ITSM/ITIL knowledge and certifications.
