  • Oversee entire service management system within the organization.
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures.
  • Manage team of service professionals and ensure service activities meet or exceed company objectives.
Budget and Resource Management
  • Create and manage service department budget.
  • Identify cost saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
