Job Description: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management

o Oversee all aspects of cafeteria operations across multiple outlets.

o Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure

efficient workflows.

o Conduct regular performance reviews with Area Managers, ensuring outlets

meet operational and financial goals.

o Resolve high-level operational issues and ensure service excellence.

o Identify, document, and implement best practices across all outlets.

o Ensure uniformity, consistency, and adherence to standard operating procedures

(SOPs).

  1. Client Relationship Management

o Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and

retention.

o Act as the primary point of contact for key client representatives, addressing

concerns and proactively offering solutions.

o Develop customized service plans aligned with client objectives and operational

capabilities.

  1. Business Development and Revenue Growth

o Identify new revenue streams within existing client partnerships, such as special

event catering, additional service offerings, or menu enhancements.

o Collaborate with the Purchasing & Menu Management Supervisor to implement

initiatives that drive profitability.

o Prepare and present pitch documents and proposals to prospective clients.

o Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.

  1. Financial Oversight

o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency,

labor management, and cost control.

o Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate budgeting and financial reporting.

o Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

  1. People Management

o Lead, mentor, and develop Area Supervisors to ensure operational excellence.

o Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
