JOB DESCRIPTION
- 1.Expand various sales channels for vape based on project requirements, and acquire high-quality and effective channel and customer information and resources.
- 2.Develop vape channel sales strategies, organize and implement related channel activities; integrate channel sales resources to assist the project in achieving performance targets.
- 3.Expand key account channel resources for vape, plan and execute solutions, continuously explore new markets and channels, and manage sales channels and customers.
- 4.Conduct vape market research and demand analysis; be responsible for annual sales forecasting, target setting, and decomposition.
- 5.Establish the target system and sales quotas for the sales department; formulate sales plans and sales budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of sales work experience and channel development management experience, possessing sales team management experience.
Proficient in channel agent development, with excellent business negotiation skills, able to communicate and collaborate efficiently with agents, and possessing a stable local sales network and customer resources (background and resources from vape industry is preferred).
Strong market analysis and business planning capabilities, fluent in English and Filipino communication skills (Chinese is a plus).
Highly responsible and results-oriented mindset, with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
