Job Role Overview:

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for spearheading the onboarding and implementation of our suite of back office products tailored to meet the unique needs of individual real estate brokerages.

This position focuses on deploying our real estate commission and transaction management platform, as well as a platform designed to help brokers analyze market data and grow their business through strategic agent recruiting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Beyond project kickoff, assess the client's current business requirements and workflows to develop a customized implementation plan.
  • Collaborate with clients to configure the system, addressing complex scenarios directly.
  • Provide product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Maintain open communication channels with internal stakeholders and clients regarding implementation progress.
  • Address client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions to resolve issues and retain customers.
  • Cultivate partnerships with a team of Implementation Specialists to improve and scale internal processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to quickly establish strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills evident in written and verbal interactions.
  • High level of attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A history of resolving conflicts with both internal teams and clients.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Educational background in business, communication, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of client-facing project management experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of the Real Estate Industry is advantageous.
