Overview of the Project Manager Position

The Projects and Systems Head will support the development and enhancement of business processes, identifying operational needs, developing solutions and supporting the successful implementation of projects within the organization.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements for new projects / enhancements and process improvements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and insights that can inform decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to business processes or systems.
  • Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to ensure project alignment.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management and systems management, preferably from a financial services background
  • Strong understanding of different areas of banking business and technical product features
  • Experience in requirements analysis, definition and documentation as well as UAT and implementation support of business-as-usual (BAU) projects
  • Good strategic thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills
