Job Title: Strategic Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead our data-driven initiatives, delivering actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging large-scale data sets to drive business results, identifying opportunities for process optimisation, and evaluating the effectiveness of different courses of action.

This role requires a strong ability to work closely with various stakeholders and functional teams, building and maintaining self-serve dashboards, and training crew members on analytics when needed.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and determine the best course of action for analysis
  • Define datasets and dashboards to support business objectives
  • Use data to identify key trends and insights
  • Plan and prioritise analytical projects to deliver maximum impact
  • Build and maintain complex data pipelines and assets
Key Requirements:
  • Experience working with large-scale data sets and enterprise digital analytics tools
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, cleaning, and visualisation techniques
  • Able to learn and apply innovative data analytics methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with dbt and GitHub
  • Deep understanding of applied statistics and data modelling
  • Ability to build and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
