Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers via various channels.
  • Lead Identification: Research and identify leads with potential for growth, qualifying them based on predefined criteria.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • Crm Management: Accurately record and maintain lead information in the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Relationship Building: Foster ongoing relationships with leads through regular communication and tailored content.
  • Sales Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads, providing comprehensive information and context.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
