In this role, you'll be part of our Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), delivering deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients globally. Our delivery centers offer locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Collaborate with clients to design, develop, and implement SAP solutions that meet their needs, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
  • Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Contribute to strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Compensation Management.
  • Experience with internal and external Time Management integrations.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting skills for SuccessFactors solutions.
