  • Develop and execute strategies to increase membership enrollment through various channels, such as in-store promotions, community outreach, and digital marketing.

  • Implement programs and initiatives to retain existing members, including loyalty programs, member-exclusive events, and personalized communication.

  • Analyze membership data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing decision-making and strategy development.

We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills, as well as computer literacy and a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
