Channel Development Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Channel Development Specialist to join our team at MEDICARE PLUS, INC.
About the Job:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth in new and existing markets.
You will work closely with our internal teams to identify opportunities for expansion into new channels and markets, and develop targeted plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, as well as excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in new and existing markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for expansion into new channels and markets
- Develop targeted plans to capitalize on identified opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business results
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or retail partnerships (preferably in HMO, healthcare, or insurance)
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales within the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of HMO plans, medical services, and healthcare product distribution is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software
- Ability to travel for partner visits and business meetings
