We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual for an entry-level Sales Development Representative position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and move them through the sales funnel.
- Qualify Leads: Engage with leads to understand their requirements and qualify them for further communication.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Pass along qualified leads to Account Executives and support them in follow-up communication.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in CRM systems.
- Sales Metrics: Achieve targets related to calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing sales training to improve your skills and sales effectiveness.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree: A degree is required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects.
- Self-Starter Attitude: A self-starter attitude with a goal-oriented approach.
- Rejection Management: Ability to manage rejection and stay persistent in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for tracking and reporting and familiarity with CRM systems and phone systems for sales outreach.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing to a remote team.
