Implementation Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Professional to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our plans and ensure timely and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto our platform.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the plan installation operations process, work closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines, and contribute to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.

About the Job:

  • Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the plan installation operations process.

  • Work closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and ensure the timely completion of team projects.

  • Conduct operational work in relation to bulk plan conversions in coordination with our partners and clients.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new processes.

  • Proven effectiveness at being flexible, creative, team-oriented, results-driven, and able to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
