Senior System Engineering and Support Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled System Engineering and Support Professional to join our ranks. This individual will be responsible for owning and managing our Linux systems, as well as supporting the deployment and maintenance of applications on these platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience with custom and standard open source and proprietary applications, as well as the ability to support basic needs for Windows system engineering.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring and Planning: Design and implement monitoring solutions for Linux and Windows applications and systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Integration and Deployment: Implement client-requested integrations and design procedures for deploying updates and fixes, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis of issues and develop scripts to automate processes and updates, reducing technical debt and improving overall system health.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring seamless interaction between teams and stakeholders.
This role requires a strong background in system engineering, application support, and technical writing. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
