Sales Director for Water Industry

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Philippines market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the water industry.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targets and expand our presence in the Philippines market.
- Bid on tenders and collaborate with partners to deliver successful projects.
- Manage and maintain a database of contacts and ensure effective communication with clients and partners.
- Work closely with regional HQ to ensure timely delivery of results and alignment with company goals.
- Provide market intelligence and identify opportunities to position our solutions ahead of competition.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development and Sales, with at least 5 years in selling capital equipment.
- Proven track record of closing contracts independently and managing relationships with public and private clients.
- Technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment equipment and/or technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
- Possess a pleasant personality, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively with both private companies and government authorities.
- Computer-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Filipino, both spoken and written.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career development opportunities.
