Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities and initiatives
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; master's degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a tech or consulting industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and revenue targets, and leading and managing sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower sales representatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment, and adapt to changing needs and expectations
