  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to resolve client concerns
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Stay up-to-date on products, services, and support procedures to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Follow established protocols and security guidelines when handling sensitive information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience
  • Meet performance metrics including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or call center environment
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, required
  • Ability to work from home with reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively
