Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in bookkeeping or AP/AR-focused roles, with proficiency in Xero and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter supplier invoices using Datamolino, including accurate coding of item numbers, divisions, streams, and accounts.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all expenses are recorded or accrued as needed.
  • Allocate costs correctly across business units and cost centres.

Accounts Receivable

The successful candidate will also be responsible for Accounts Receivable tasks, including distributing customer AR statements bi-monthly via Xero, reconciling receivable invoices between Xero, Assignar, and Wastedge on a daily/weekly basis, and optionally assisting with uploading invoices from Assignar and Wastedge into Xero to support operational teams.

General Finance Task

In addition, the selected individual will perform daily bank reconciliations, conduct daily cash reconciliations, maintain up-to-date receivable and payable forecast dates in Xero to support cashflow reporting, and assist with the preparation of supplier and customer credit applications.
