Accounting Specialist Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • AP and AR experience is a must, with at least 2 years of proven performance in these areas.
  • Expertise in various accounting software is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices from end-to-end as per company policy.
  • Ensure all invoices are approved and matched to quotes/purchase orders where applicable.
  • Maintain trade-credit terms.
  • Enter invoices into the financial system.
  • Process payment runs.
  • Monitor and assist with account payment queries.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist with intercompany reconciliation, ensuring purchase and payment accuracy.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and supplier payment forecasts.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in AP and AR.
  • Proven experience with AU clients is highly preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
  • Strong administrative skills.
