Job Overview

This role is ideal for professionals seeking to enhance their client and prospect management skills with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client requests, inquiries, and support needs; respond to emails; resolve issues; provide copies of documents; update CRM systems.
  • Respond to incoming messages via the general email inbox within a day.
  • Conduct new client intake procedures via phone, gather information, and complete intake forms. Follow up with prospective clients via email and notify next steps; schedule non-attorney meetings or refer to other firms.
  • Handle inbound calls, responding to approximately 25 calls per day while building rapport with aged 55+ clients.
  • Initiate outbound calls to schedule/confirm appointments and follow up with leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
  • Experience working night shifts (approximately 2 years).
  • Demonstrate learning mindset, compassion, patience, and reliability.
