Job Description:

A seasoned leader is required to oversee a team of Client Specialists, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and driving process improvements. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing functions and leading teams to deliver high-quality results.

The individual will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the process and driving process improvements within the team for improved efficiency, client experience, or better risk controls.

The role involves forecasting and planning resource requirements, managing resources efficiently through peaks and troughs in the business cycle, and ensuring contingency planning is in place for critical resources.

Additionally, the candidate will set goals and expectations for the team, conduct regular progress reviews, and work closely with individuals to groom them to their full potential.

The role also involves leading MI reviews for the business unit and managing related tasks ensuring delivery.

The successful candidate will ensure delivery of standardized policies, procedures, and service standards, and ensure these are understood and followed by the business.
