Overview

The Regional Senior HR Manager will oversee HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal frameworks. This role requires a highly experienced HR professional with regional expertise in talent acquisition, compliance, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, focusing on sourcing top talent for key roles across the region.
  • Design and implement effective performance management systems to drive employee engagement and growth.
  • Create and deliver learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Mentor and guide senior HR leaders to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to excel in their roles.
  • Cultivate a culture of compliance, risk management, and environmental, health & safety awareness throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR leadership with a regional scope, handling multiple branches in different countries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws across Vietnam, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, and Brunei.
  • Experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, compliance, and compensation & benefits.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll management, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
