Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned Virtual Assistant with GoHighLevel expertise to create bespoke, white-labeled CRM solutions.

This position involves setting up and maintaining customized CRM accounts, designing marketing funnels, landing pages, automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns, and pipelines. You'll also assist in onboarding new clients into the CRM platform, troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, customize, and manage white-labeled GoHighLevel CRM accounts.
  • Develop and oversee marketing funnels, landing pages, automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns, and pipelines.
  • Support new client onboarding processes for the CRM platform.
  • Troubleshoot problems, refine systems, and guarantee smooth user interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience using GoHighLevel.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup, sales funnels, automation, and white labeling.
  • Background working as a Virtual Assistant, Tech VA, or CRM Specialist.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Tech-savvy, with ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Able to work independently, follow SOPs, and maintain confidentiality.
