Data Analyst and Business Insights Specialist

About the Job

This is a role designed for an individual who can analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop insights to drive business decisions.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with data visualization tools.

The Data Analyst and Business Insights Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design reports, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop reports using data from multiple systems
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and insights
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design reports
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations using various tools
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication abilities with stakeholder management
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to think critically
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL and database management
  • 1+ years of experience with statistical analysis and modeling
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel including use of Macros
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI including data modeling and visualization
  • BI and UI development knowledge
