
Global Customer Experience Manager

This is a key leadership position within our e-commerce fulfillment organization, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple teams, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs to improve customer support agent skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing customer support agents.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify trends to guide professional development initiatives.
- Manage the performance review process and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer support management within a service-oriented industry.
- Experience managing multiple teams with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
