- Lead, mentor, and support a team of mortgage loan processors to ensure high efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

- Act as the first point of escalation for processing-related challenges, guiding team members in resolving issues efficiently.

- Training & Development:
- Develop and implement training programs for new loan processors, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of loan processing systems, lender policies, and compliance requirements.
- Create structured training materials, process manuals, and knowledge guides to support team development.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for existing team members to ensure they stay updated on lender policies, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Design and administer assessments and skill evaluations to measure knowledge retention and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide targeted coaching to improve individual and team performance.

- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Participate in the hiring process by conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Recruitment Skills: Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
