Job Description:

As a key member of the Team Liquid team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Philippines. Your primary focus will be on identifying new opportunities, developing effective strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

About You:
With a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a senior sales role, ideally in esports, gaming, or digital marketing, you will bring a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and working with high-value clients. Your exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:
- Discover new opportunities to expand Team Liquid's impact in the Philippines
- Research and stay informed about market trends to identify valuable prospects and industries
- Develop strategies aligned with Team Liquid's long-term vision
- Work closely with internal teams to offer tailored solutions to clients, enhancing value
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Serve as a key point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are addressed
- Oversee business opportunities through the pipeline, guiding them to successful outcomes
- Provide guidance to the business development team, fostering a productive and effective environment
- Track performance metrics and prepare progress reports
