Job Summary

The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and documenting efficient manufacturing processes. This includes identifying and eliminating causes of poor processes, scrap, and rework that result in production delays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and process improvement, with experience in high-volume electromechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document efficient manufacturing processes
  • Identify and eliminate causes of poor processes, scrap, and rework
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, customers, and suppliers to drive process improvements
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, including budget and resource management
  • Coach technical staff and help solve problems to achieve quality, delivery, and cost objectives
Requirements
  • BS in Engineering Graduate
  • 5+ years of experience in Process engineering preferably in high volume electromechanical components
  • Hands-on experience in design and development of semi-automated and automated assembly lines
  • Good knowledge and command of SPC and other key process engineering disciplines
  • Ability to liaison between departments and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
