JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise and guide production staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
  • Monitor daily production output, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to boost performance.
  • Enforce quality and safety standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve problems promptly; escalate complex concerns to senior management when necessary.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure proper use and maintenance.
  • Promote a positive team environment by encouraging communication, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and provide coaching to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with all documentation and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have degree in Engineering Courses (Industrial, Electronics and Communication, Chemical, Computer or any equivalent courses.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with 2 years of Supervisory experience in Manufacturing or related Industry with rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledgeable in manufacturing software and systems like SAP and MES.
  • Familiarity in lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Can work independently and make decision in a fast-paced environment.
