Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of outsourced manufacturing operations. This includes effective partner management, operational process improvement, KPI delivery, and compliance with quality, corporate, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate outsourced manufacturing activities to meet targets for quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Serve as the primary contact for operational matters with partner manufacturing sites.
  • Monitor, report, and improve partner factory KPIs through data-driven reviews and operational analysis.
  • Identify, support, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to drive waste reduction and process optimization.
  • Ensure partner operations adhere to health & safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing or operations management in electronics or contract manufacturing environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Track record of achieving results in fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environments.
  • Experience managing or supporting teams; strong influencing and communication skills.
