Lead Analytics Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analytics Professional to spearhead and grow our analytical team.

  • Manage a team of analysts, fostering an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Effectively allocate resources and oversee project timelines to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the analytical team and stakeholders.
Deliver High-Quality Insights:
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate and well-structured analyses and reports.
  • Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Recruit, Train & Collaborate:
  • Participate in recruiting new talent to the team.
  • Onboard new team members and provide continual learning across the team.
  • Work closely with leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
  • Drive efficiencies through automation and process optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value.

Requirements: A degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Key skills include strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with expertise in data analysis and reporting tools.
