Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to contribute to the advancement of our ETL processes, report development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data accuracy and readiness for analysis, and transfer it to new formats by applying mathematical and statistical principles to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Provide in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns using advanced BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or AWS Quicksight.
  • Communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way through effective storytelling and data visualization techniques.
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to consolidate business requirements for report and dashboard creation, automation, and analytics needs by leveraging industry knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines with data engineers to ensure efficient data processing and minimize latency.
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration using programming languages such as Python or SQL.
  • Develop sophisticated, highly interactive reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools and technologies.
  • Drive comprehensive data governance policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards through effective risk management strategies.
  • Align BI strategies with overall business goals through collaboration with executive leadership and providing strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of mathematics, statistics, computer science, programming, engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Cube, and Report design/development, and data modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD.
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM Analytics is an asset.
