We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for data and science, with the ability to transform operational data into actionable insights.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work closely with the Analytics Lead and other team members to deliver value by providing first line support to internal clients, gathering requirements for data analysis and reporting, querying and investigating databases, generating reports and dashboards, and supporting other analysts to enhance data accessibility and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Internal Clients: Provide timely and accurate data insights to support business decision-making.
  • Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop solutions.
  • Query and Investigate Databases: Use SQL skills to extract and analyze data from various sources.
  • Generate Reports and Dashboards: Create visualizations to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Enhance Data Accessibility: Work with other analysts to ensure data is easily accessible and understandable.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data.

Requirements:
  • Data Analysis Skills: 1+ year of experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • SQL Skills: Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries and manipulating large datasets.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL Server.
