Senior Jewelry Operations Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for migrating our jewelry company's core operations to Zoho One. This includes inventory management, customer relations, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate inventory data, customer records, sales history, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency
  • Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for seamless third-party integrations
  • Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow productivity
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system usage
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator)
  • Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect)
  • Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.)
  • Background in business process optimization for jewelry or retail industries
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements
  • Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting
  • Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management
