Job Overview

A dynamic and collaborative creative strategist is needed to drive performance-focused creative direction across paid media campaigns.

This role involves analyzing ad metrics, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable briefs for designers and creators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Strategy & Insight: Develop compelling creative strategies and insights by analyzing campaign performance data, conducting research, and collaborating with designers and creators.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Oversee the delivery of creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Creative Quality & Optimization: Review content for quality and consistency, provide actionable feedback, and recommend iterative improvements to enhance performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms
  • Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Able to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on results-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with user-generated content (UGC) and working with freelancers or creators is a plus
