This role involves delivering technical assistance to customers utilizing diverse systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As part of the support team, you will independently and collaboratively resolve tickets arising from various systems under the guidance of the Support Manager.
  • You will review incidents, problems, and change requests on our Support Portal.
  • Training will be provided in-house, allowing you to work with cutting-edge technology in top multinational companies within the Food and Beverage sector.
Essential Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL Databases
  • Strong proficiency in T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers
  • Able to diagnose and address operational data issues
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Management
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERTISE:
  • Superior communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical information related to software, computer, and network hardware
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Manufacturing experience (a plus but not required)
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes/automation (Food and Beverage Industries)
  • Analytical abilities: Aspentech MES (plus)
