Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day finance and logistics.

This is a full-time, remote role supporting core operations and financial functions.

Responsibilities include managing invoicing, receivables/payables, cash flow tracking, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will help streamline processes across finance and operations, collaborate closely with the CEO and delivery team, and utilize cloud-based tools for task management, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all financial transactions and ensure timely payment of invoices and receipts
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist with financial analysis and reporting
  • Help coordinate inventory and logistics operations to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
