Job Role:
Vehicle Warranty SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Warranty Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warranty team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling warranty claims and providing technical solutions to minimize vehicle downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and investigate warranty claims from customers, suppliers, and staff.
- Communicate with owners about breakdown or accident-related matters to ensure they are informed of the repair process.
- Collaborate with suppliers and staff to ensure efficient vehicle repairs within quoted costs and technical guidelines.
- Provide support for conflict resolution and escalation processes.
- Coordinate vehicle registration activities and assist with prioritization of client repairs tracking and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent.
- Diploma or certificate-level qualification in business or tourism.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in guest services or customer service.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Experience in handling customer expectations and conflict.
- Supplier management experience.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic style.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
