Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced auto glass warranty specialist to lead our claims process.

  • An ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to navigate complex situations with poise.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Our team is responsible for handling all incoming warranty claims related to auto glass services, including water leaks, air leaks, molding issues, and potential cracks (excluding new damage).
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance customer satisfaction with company policies are crucial in this role.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for investigating each claim thoroughly by reviewing job history, technician notes, photos, and customer-provided documentation.
  • After thorough review, the chosen individual will approve or deny warranty claims in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring fair and consistent decisions.
  • Detailed documentation of all interactions and outcomes will be necessary in our CRM system.
  • Educating customers about warranty coverage, exclusions, and procedures will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in handling vehicle warranty claims within the automotive service industry is required.
  • Previous experience in the auto glass industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proven expertise in adjudicating warranty claims, reviewing supporting evidence, and communicating clear decisions is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, as well as the ability to interact confidently with customers and technicians.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously are highly valued.
