  • In charge of warranty concerns and customer claims.
  • Evaluate the validity of customers, whether they are valid or not.
  • Deal directly with local suppliers regarding warranty claims.
  • Process the warranty claims in the system.
  • Preparation of technical reports.
  • Administration of warranty parts identification, storage, and disposal.
  • Preparation of warranty claims in accordance with the distributor procedures.
  • Documentation of vehicle quality improvements.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly warranty reports.

Qualifications*

  • Graduate of any business course.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in an automotive dealership.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and tidy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a critical thinker who enjoys problem solving and working with a team.

Note: Qualified candidate will be deployed in Suzuki Auto Otis located at 1502,1007 Paz Mendoza Guanzon st. Paco Manila. Metro Manila.
