Job Title: Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Job Summary:

This role involves reimagining business processes to become more effective, efficient, and improve customer experience in the field of compensation and benefits accounting.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Accounting Analyst to join our Global Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording the costs associated with employees, including payroll, pension, expense, bonus, and other similar costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in key company policies.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence by executing accounting and daily operations for Compensation & Benefits Accounting process area.
  • Timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
  • Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope.
Talent Management
  • Recruit, Onboard and Training of new joiners.
Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting, finance, or related business discipline. At least 2-4 years of professional experience is required.

Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office, particularly Excel, is necessary.

Work Environment

This position will require up to 0-5% international travel. Proficient in Fluent English, other language skills desirable.
