Our culinary team is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join their kitchen crew. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in all areas of the kitchen according to standard procedures.
This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with the Chef de Partie to train new team members and participate in product development.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel. A valid health certificate and proficiency in various cooking techniques are also essential.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food in all areas of the kitchen according to standard procedures
- Assist the Chef de Partie in training new team members
- Participate in product development and contribute to menu planning
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Junior Middle School graduate or above
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Cook in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant
- Valid health certificate
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
