Endpoint management is a critical aspect of modern IT infrastructure. As an Endpoint Management Manager, you will be responsible for leading and participating in all aspects of endpoint management operations.

This role involves providing strategic oversight and hands-on support for endpoint management tools including Tanium, Intune, GPO, JAMF, and others. You will supervise and mentor the Senior Systems Administrator/Engineer and other team members in endpoint management, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, as well as experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and develop and execute strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a working manager responsible for leading and participating in all aspects of endpoint management operations
  • Provide strategic oversight and hands-on support for endpoint management tools
  • Supervise and mentor the Senior Systems Administrator/Engineer and other team members in endpoint management
  • Coordinate endpoint management tasks across global teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in endpoint management, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as Tanium, Intune, JAMF, and Active Directory Group Policy
  • Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
