Job Description
  • Provide technical pre-sales support to the sales team and collaborate with them to win deals for new and existing customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs, security challenges, and technical requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification: CISSP / CompTIA Security+ / MTA / MCSA / MCSE / MS 500
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Relevant experience in deployment and technical support of security solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Office 365 / M365 / EMS deployment and configuration
  • Experience working with technologies such as: Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Microsoft Defender for O365 / Defender for Cloud / Defender for Endpoint / Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics / Microsoft Cloud App Security / Microsoft Information Protection / Microsoft Purview / Microsoft Sentinel)
