**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint management, with experience in administering user endpoint and client software configurations.

They will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing configuration and strategy, determining and implementing best practices for endpoint tools, and providing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support.

Additionally, they will design and implement software packaging and patching strategies, manage software distribution, and prioritize and coordinate security patch and software testing schedules.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in endpoint management administration, packaging, and supporting large user environments.
  3. Working experience with Active Directory Group Policy, Ivanti EPM or equivalent, Intune, JAMF or equivalent.
  4. In-depth working knowledge of the Windows environment with at least 3 years of Windows administration experience.
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences.
