Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Presales Engineer. This role involves providing technical pre-sales support, consultation and presentations focusing on security services to sales and clients.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting financial objectives set at the start of the fiscal year – order, revenue, contribution margin.
  • They will monitor Profit & Loss of assigned projects and provide clear translations of client's services requirements into Statement of Work (SOW) in relation to the cybersecurity solution offered.
  • The Presales Engineer will work closely with internal teams to formulate SOWs, RACIs, timelines and other service-related requirements needed for the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in handling security products.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure services such as installation and warranty.
  • Knowledge of implementation of cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable.
  • Adept in Cybersecurity solutions such as Firewall, Endpoint Security, WAF, DLP, SASE etc.
  • Presentation skills and negotiation skills.
