Financial Analyst Mortgage Specialist

Mortgage Credit Analysis Overview:

We seek a highly skilled Financial Analyst to evaluate the creditworthiness of loan applicants.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Evaluation and Risk Assessment: Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness and potential risks associated with loan applicants.
  • Loan Eligibility Determination: Evaluate and interpret credit scores, debt-to-income ratios, and other financial indicators to determine loan eligibility.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations and internal policies. Prepare and present detailed reports on loan applications and credit evaluations to management.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in mortgage lending, credit analysis, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with financial software and loan processing systems.
