About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. You must have at least 6 months of relevant experience and be fluent in both reading and writing Japanese. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. We encourage native and non-native Japanese speakers to apply. In addition, you must be willing to work in a night shift schedule and onsite. Furthermore, you must be amenable to working in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City.
