We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and customizing solutions for esteemed clients of commercial banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial point of contact by phone for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across many commercial banking product categories
  • Work together with stakeholders to address a client's issue
  • Accountable for determining and meeting the needs of consumers, both present and future

Requirements:

  • Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
  • At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
  • Open for Non-Bachelors Degree
  • Amenable to attend face-to-face interview once requested
  • Amenable to be trained on site
