At our company, we are seeking an experienced Help Desk professional to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who is skilled in providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Configure and deploy new user accounts, email settings, and other Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Set up and configure SharePoint sites, OneDrive access, and file permissions
  • Monitor and maintain daily backups using Datto
Requirements
  • Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITIL
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server, O365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, VMWare and Virtualization support
  • Ability to support network switches, routers and firewall (CISCO, HP and Draytek)
  • Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally and written
